Confidentiality Statement - Goldberg Coaching

Confidentiality is central to the coaching relationship.

• All coaching conversations are treated as confidential

• Information will not be shared without client consent

• Exceptions include: 

  • Legal obligation

  • Risk of serious harm

  • Unlawful activity

In organisational coaching, only highlevel, nonconfidential information may be shared with employers, and only with the client’s knowledge and agreement.
